During this educational workshop, Pelah Kitchen will guide you through the art of decorating cakes using locally sourced flowers and seasonal produce.
You’ll learn the basics of stacking, filling, and working with buttercream through a captivating demonstration. Then you’ll immerse yourself in the beauty of creating edible masterpieces that not only taste great but also look like works of art.
Each ticket includes:
A 6" cake and all items and tools needed to decorate. Including a box for each guest to take their cake home.
Delicious hors d'oeuvres, sweets, and a complimentary glass of bubbly (NA drinks available as well)
Once you've registered, you will be asked to select either a cardamom-spiced carrot cake or an espresso chocolate cake with dark chocolate buttercream (dairy free). We unfortunately cannot accommodate any allergies or additional dietary restrictions.
For this workshop, we are partnering with One Love Community Fridge. A Bedstuy-based organization that works to empower & engage the community through education and providing access to fresh, healthy fruit & vegetables with no stigma. A portion of sales will be donated to support their important work.
